Global presence

We work where the programme is, and where the capability comes from.

Sovereign programmes rarely have their demand and their supply in the same place. A transit authority in one region needs manufacturing from another, capital from a third and software from a fourth. Our work is holding those together.

  • Europe

Government-level relationships across national identity, transport and resources, where a programme depends on reaching the level that can decide.

  • Gulf & MENA

United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf

Capital relationships and demand for infrastructure, healthcare and certified luxury supply.

  • North America

    United States, Canada

Health system capacity programmes and enterprise technology partners, including surgical backlog and long-term care models.

  • South Asia

    Pakistan

Transit electrification, digital government programmes and startup incubation supported by grant funding.

Presence means relationships, not letterheads.

An office in a capital city proves very little. What matters in this work is whether you can reach the person who decides, whether they take the call, and whether you understand the procurement rules well enough to be useful once they do.

We operate through group companies, senior networks and partners on the ground in each region, and we are direct about which markets we know well and which we are entering alongside a client.

Tell us what you are trying to deliver.

Send us the programme, the market and the obstacle. We will tell you plainly whether we can help and how we would structure it.
